Leadership Opportunity in Patient Care Management

The goal of this position is to oversee patient care and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities include managing patient care, utilization activities, disease management appropriateness, discharge planning, patient education activities, and care coordination.

This role will also involve administering managerial and leadership functions, setting objectives, planning, staffing, and directing activities of assigned departments / areas of responsibility.

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
• California Registered Nurse License.
• Proven leadership experience in a hospital environment.
