Senior Director Replenishment

Overview

The Senior Director Replenishment will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of replenishment and inventory management processes at Sprouts. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with distributors, suppliers, category management, store operations and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Strategy : Develop and implement replenishment and inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels, working closely with internal and external partners.
• System Management : Oversee the management and enhancement of replenishment systems, ensuring they meet business needs and support the overall strategy of inventory management.
• Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of Demand Planners, Replenishment Analysts, and Replenishment operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including forecasting, procurement, and sales, to ensure alignment of inventory strategies with overall business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor inventory performance and drive improvements.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory management, including stockouts, overstock, and obsolescence.
• Vendor Relations : Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of inventory.
• Reporting : Provide regular reports and insights to internal and external customers related to inventory status, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
