What you’ll do

  • Run and guide extrusion & blow‑molding lines in a clean, safe, climate‑controlled facility
  • Monitor equipment continuously; adjust heat, water cooling temps, and hydraulic parameters
  • Diagnose issues, perform routine preventive maintenance, and restore optimal performance
  • Execute quality inspections (weights, dimensions) to satisfy Plastipak customer requirements
  • Lead continuous improvement to enhance safety, reliability, quality, and reduce scrap
  • Build your capabilities via formal training and shoulder‑to‑shoulder learning; pursue advancement

    • What you bring

  • 2nd shift (3 : 00 pm–11 : 00 pm) or 3rd shift (11 : 00 pm–7 : 00 am) availability
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Preferred : experience with injection or blow‑molding equipment
  • Basic hydraulics, pneumatics, and electro‑mechanical know‑how
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

    • Pay & bonus

  • $55,000–$60,000 depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and education
  • Annual bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance
