What you’ll do
Run and guide extrusion & blow‑molding lines in a clean, safe, climate‑controlled facilityMonitor equipment continuously; adjust heat, water cooling temps, and hydraulic parametersDiagnose issues, perform routine preventive maintenance, and restore optimal performanceExecute quality inspections (weights, dimensions) to satisfy Plastipak customer requirementsLead continuous improvement to enhance safety, reliability, quality, and reduce scrapBuild your capabilities via formal training and shoulder‑to‑shoulder learning; pursue advancementWhat you bring
2nd shift (3 : 00 pm–11 : 00 pm) or 3rd shift (11 : 00 pm–7 : 00 am) availabilityHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalentPreferred : experience with injection or blow‑molding equipmentBasic hydraulics, pneumatics, and electro‑mechanical know‑howStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving mindsetAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodationPay & bonus
