As a Business Development Manager at EDS , you'll take the lead in growing our footprint in the Greensboro, NC market , with a focus on commercial real estate and healthcare . You'll be the go-to expert for facility managers, GCs, and healthcare decision-makers, helping them solve urgent problems with long-term solutions in emergency remediation, restoration, and specialty cleaning .

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, manage, and convert leads that support local revenue goals
  • Represent EDS as the primary point of contact in the Greensboro market
  • Build trusted relationships that lead to repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to grow visibility and pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless handoffs and client success
  • Write and deliver professional, solutions-focused proposals
  • Track all sales activity and progress in CRM
  • Remain available to support urgent prospect and client needs (on-call as required)

  • Position Details

  • Location : Kernersville, NC
  • Schedule : Full-Time | On-call availability (M–F + nights / weekends as needed)
  • Base Salary : $80,000–$90,000
  • Total Comp Estimate : $95,000–$105,000 (including bonuses)
  • Travel : As needed for client visits, training, and events
  • Company Vehicle : Includes gas and maintenance
