Senior Data Team Lead

A company is looking for a Sr. Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single / multi-service projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and senior support to Data Team Leads on multiple large global studies / programs

Collaborate with Data Operations Coordinator and team members to ensure milestones are met on time and with quality

Implement process improvements and solutions for the Clinical Data Management team

Required Qualifications

Experience as the primary point of contact for customers on data management deliverables

Experience managing multiple large global studies or programs

Experience leading negotiations with customers regarding timelines, financials, and resources

Experience training and developing junior team members in data management

Minimum of 10 years of relevant data management experience, with at least 7 years as an Independent Lead
