Responsibilities :
- Own the delivery of multi-channel projects and campaigns from kickoff to launch across creative, production, and media.
- Partner with Account Management and Creative Leadership to define scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans.
- Forecast and plan resources to ensure the right mix of talent is engaged at the right time across departments.
- Be the communication hub keeping everyone informed, aligned, and accountable, internally and externally.
- Anticipate roadblocks and offer creative solutions to keep momentum strong.
- Maintain project clarity through updated schedules, budgets, and documentation in digital PM tools.
- Be master of our DAM (Digital Asset Management tool), ensuring every asset is properly organized, versioned, tagged, and accessible so the right files are always at the team's fingertips.
- Balance the human and the operational bringing calm when things get messy and urgency when timelines demand it.
- Participate in client meetings alongside Account Management, representing the operational perspective and protecting the work.
- Track budgets and scope across multiple campaigns, managing change requests and identifying efficiencies.
- Support and mentor junior producers or coordinators in project discipline and agency craft.
