The Development Program Associate is an essential part of the Arkansas fundraising team, reporting to the Director of Development. This details-focused positionhandles the behind-the-scenes operations of the Arkansas fundraising program, which include supporting frontline fundraisers toward successful donor relationships, processing gifts, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to TNC policies and external charitable gift requirements.
The Development Program Associate works toward meeting the strategic priorities of the team by implementing tactics for approved plans and completing varied tasks and activities. They have substantial contact with TNC staff and assist donors with gift-making. They manage, track, and report on fundraising data and perform independent data analysis to inform team activities. They maintain advanced skills with TNC systems and resources to execute tasks and provide guidance to others.
The Development Program Associate implements practices to improve the team's effectiveness based on their in-depth understanding of related policies and procedures. They effectively communicate to help staff make decisions, solve problems, and improve workflow. They may be asked to take on additional duties to enhance the work of the team, including opportunities to interact with donors.
Work requires occasional travel for trainings, retreats, and events. The work environment may involve infrequent exposure to disagreeable elements and minor physical exertion and / or strain.

Salary Information :
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $52,080 - $62,080 . This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
