What You'll Do…

  • Train private clients.
  • Train members and guests in a class setting.
  • Organize and clean up equipment.
  • Assess movement patterns through administering a Functional Movement Screen.
  • Track client progress.
  • Follow up with clients for booking.
  • Communicate with the desk staff when a client needs booked.
  • Manage client schedules.
  • Coach 3-5 sessions per WEEK.
  • Must be able to coach mornings and evenings.
  • Have team spirit and be willing to cover when needed.
  • Manage personal schedule with the Fitness Director.
  • Attend regular trainer meetings held by the Fitness Director.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fitness Certification Required.
