Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for diverse patient populations.
Contribute to the achievement of team and individual performance targets.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions and adjust as needed.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Educate patients and families on speech and language strategies for home use.
Utilize data-driven approaches to track and report on therapy outcomes.
Foster a positive and motivating environment for patients and team members.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest speech therapy techniques.
Experience / Qualifications
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Proven ability to develop individualized treatment plans for speech and language disorders.
Minimum of two years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in diverse settings.
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments for diverse patient populations.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest techniques.
Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Experience in utilizing data-driven approaches to track therapy outcomes.
Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families on therapy strategies.
