Description

We are seeking an experienced Alliance professional and Cloud enthusiast to join our growing Alliances Team as a Cloud Alliance Leader. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between GlobalLogic and Cloud partners, driving business growth, nurturing relationships, and developing innovative go-to-market programs to expand GlobalLogic's Cloud-based business.

You will work closely with GlobalLogic's Sales, Alliance, Offering Portfolio, and Industry leaders, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit to identify new opportunities and deliver value to our clients through strategic Cloud solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in Cloud Alliances, Cloud sales, or strategic partner management.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud technologies and industry trends.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through innovative go-to-market strategies.
  • Willingness to travel across the region and to partner offices as required.

  • Job responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Alliance Relationship Development & Management : Act as the primary point of contact for Cloud Partner Development and Sales field teams for Global clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across GlobalLogic and client teams.
  • Develop and execute relationship management strategies, including regular communication, aligning business objectives, and monitoring shared metrics.
  • Represent GlobalLogic at industry / regional events to enhance client and partner engagement.
  • Business Development & Sales Execution : Serve as the Cloud ambassador, supporting vendor strategy and providing expertise in client pursuits.
  • Lead organized go-to-market activities across regions / verticals within Cloud Engineering and Alliance growth areas.
  • Prepare for sales meetings, account planning sessions, and develop "Pursuit Packages" including RFI / RFP responses, proposals, presentations, and SOWs.
  • Align appropriate Cloud partner resources and programs to win opportunities.
  • Ensure proper pipeline management using established sales best practices.
  • Go-To-Market Offering Support : Collaborate with Market Offering and Alliance Leadership to build and execute go-to-market programs for key platform solutions.
  • Drive market activation and awareness of key platform solutions by aligning Sales, Alliances, and Marketing functions.
  • Support client leadership in developing account and practice plans during annual planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on opportunities, promoting awareness of Cloud offerings, partner programs, GlobalLogic capabilities, and joint wins.
  • GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Santa Clara is $150,000-200,000 to and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
