We are seeking a KYC / Compliance Data Analyst to support a client data remediation and repapering initiative within the financial services sector. In this role, you will ensure complete and accurate KYC (Know Your Customer) information within our custodian system and manage a repapering process to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update the custodian system by identifying and populating missing KYC data fields.
  • Review client records to identify forms that require repapering.
  • Communicate repapering requirements to advisors clearly and promptly.
  • Track and monitor repapering progress, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity throughout the process.
  • Support additional ad hoc projects as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and review.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with financial data, KYC processes, or regulatory compliance is a plus.

    • Please note : This is not a SQL, reporting, or BI analytics position. This role focuses on KYC documentation, client data accuracy, and regulatory compliance rather than data modeling or dashboards

    • Additional Details

    The base range for this contract position is $17 - $27 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
