About The Position

Responsibilities :

Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.

Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities to patients.

Observe and record patients’ progress, attitudes, and responses to treatment.

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and mobility techniques.

Ensure treatment areas and equipment are maintained in a clean and safe condition.

Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to achieve patient care goals.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatments and observations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program .

Active state PTA license (or eligibility for licensure).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Previous experience in rehab, hospital, outpatient, or home health settings preferred.
