JOB SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the House Supervisor, according to hospital policies and procedures, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for her / his assigned patients.
What qualifications you will need :

2 years minimum recent experience in two areas of hospital nursing patient care.

All Registered Nurses caring for stroke patients will be required to :
1) maintain annual NIHSS per department direction
2) maintain 8 hours of stroke education per year as per department direction
3) must complete the mandatory stroke core measure module on health stream per Department direction.
Preferred :
Certification in area of specialty.
