Start ASAP! ⏱️ Title : Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Location : Pinehurst, NC Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Duration : 13 weeks Req ID : 3024869 Job Description Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery This role requires a skilled and experienced L&D RN to provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum phases. The RN will manage 1 : 2–3 patient ratios, assist with both routine and high-risk deliveries, and be competent in the management of second stage labor, vaginal exams, and newborn transition in L&D. Key Responsibilities : Provide patient-centered care in Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum settings. Assist in vaginal and high-risk deliveries (forceps / vacuum extraction, hemorrhage management, etc.). Perform neonatal resuscitation, thermoregulation, and post-delivery care. Administer medications such as magnesium sulfate, oxytocin, antihypertensives, and prostaglandins.
