Key Responsibilities

Negotiate, draft, and review various commercial agreements to align with company goals

Identify and analyze legal and business risks in contracts, proposing practical solutions

Serve as a trusted advisor to internal clients, translating legal concepts into actionable advice

Required Qualifications

JD or LLM from an accredited law school with a strong academic record

Admitted to the bar of at least one U.S. state

1-3 years of experience in commercial law, preferably in financial services or fintech

Experience in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial agreements

Business-oriented problem solver with a practical, hands-on approach
