this position does require travel between our Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and Osseo locations

Required Qualifications :

  • associate's degree as a certified occupational therapy assistant from an accredited college
  • current license as a certified occupational therapy assistant in the State of Wisconsin
