Job Description : Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs within the Technology team.

This role demands strong delivery ownership, strategic execution, and deep collaboration with Product and Delivery leaders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management within the retail domain and a proven ability to manage complex system landscapes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise programs with milestone-driven plans, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Own program financials including forecasting, tracking actuals, managing budgets, and identifying risks early.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, escalate appropriately, and maintain schedule and cost alignment.
• Navigate ambiguity, time-box decisions, and ensure timely input from leadership.
• Define and execute pre- and post-implementation plans, including quality control and communication strategies.
• Manage dotted-line Project Managers across workstreams, providing mentorship and ensuring alignment.
• Act as a Principal TPM and coach to other PMs, helping resolve blockers and elevate delivery discipline.
• Independently manage programs when dedicated PM support is unavailable.
• Produce accurate, actionable status reports covering scope, schedule, and cost.
• Engage third-party vendors in partnership with Product, VMO, and Delivery teams; support SOW creation and vendor management.
• Anticipate program interdependencies and strategic risks, and coordinate mitigations.
• Champion program execution best practices using established PM tools and methodologies.
• Lead and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, product, and architecture.
