About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands‑on experience across all areas of marketing, from social media to event coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Create and update marketing materials such as social posts, flyers, lookbooks, and price sheets
- Manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn using Buffer
- Assist with email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp (general, event‑related, and sales‑specific emails)
- Support event coordination, including vendor communication, signage, and theme artwork
- Help update and manage the BIQ website, mini‑sites, and platforms such as Wix, Trainual, Formsite, merch.ai, and Flip snack
- Maintain internal branding tools like email signatures, Outlook templates, Azure employee directory, and QR codes
