Our Fort Worth HQ location is now hiring for a Total Rewards Manager . As the Manager of Total Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping the compensation and benefits strategy and developing our compensation structure to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities
What you'll do as a Canyon Ranch colleague
Compensation Management :
- Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation programs aligned with business goals, market trends, and legal standards.
- Conduct market benchmarking, analyze compensation data, and collaborate on bonus and incentive plans.
- Guide leaders on compensation decisions, including salaries, promotions, and internal equity.
- Oversee annual compensation reviews and adjustments, ensuring adherence to budget and fairness guidelines.
Benefits Management :
Participate in plan design, manage communication and administration of employee benefits including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies.Evaluate and optimize benefits to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.Work with vendors to maximize value and manage costs.Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, providing guidance and resolving issues.Create communication campaigns to educate employees about benefits and utilization.Influence & Collaboration :
Partner with department leaders to align Total Rewards strategies with business and engagement goals.Use influence to promote the value of Total Rewards and lead change initiatives.Work with HR partners to address compensation and benefits concerns fairly.Compliance & Reporting :
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Report and analyze compensation and benefits metrics for leadership insights.Monitor budget adherence for programs.Thought Leadership :
Stay current on trends in compensation, benefits, and employee wellbeing.Provide strategic insights and recommend new programs.Participate in thought leadership activities like presentations and webinars.Qualifications
What you'll need to be successful
3-5 years of relevant experience.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including reports, pivot tables, macros.Minimum Associates degree; Bachelor's preferred.Experience in hospitality, spa / wellness, or retail is a plus.Experience with software like CompXL, Salary.com, Canva, HeyZine, SharePoint is a plus.Certifications like CCP or CTRP are a plus.What you'll receive as a Canyon Ranch colleague
