Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for a position that involves essential compliance and regulatory checks as part of the onboarding process. Applicants will be required to complete various health and professional documentation before starting their assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Complete License / Certificate Verification.
  • Submit Personal Health History documents including Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, and COVID-19 Vaccine.
  • Finish Professional documentation such as Trinity I9 and Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.
  • Participate in necessary competency testing and skills checklist.
  • Provide required immunization records including MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • License / Certificate Verification required for onboard.
  • Employment history verification and background check.
  • Trinity-specific training and compliance documents must be completed.
