Location :   Mossville, IL – Onsite, Full-time

Duration :   12 months with potential extensions and opportunity for full-time conversion

Pay Rate :   $15–$17 / hour W2 + Benefits (50% covered) or $19 / hour C2C

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a 24 / 7 safety operations team. This role involves analyzing video and data from in-vehicle safety systems to help protect operators from fatigue or distraction. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customer safety while delivering exceptional support and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and analyze in-vehicle safety data and video for signs of operator fatigue or distraction.

Classify safety events and follow escalation and notification procedures.

Accurately document and log all customer interactions and event classifications.

Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints via email and phone.

Refer unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Maintain thorough records of all communications and outcomes.

Qualifications (Required) :

High school diploma or GED (preferred)

2–4 years of customer service or call center experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Email)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Qualifications (Desired) :

Multilingual (any language)

Experience in proofreading or inspection

Soft Skills :

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team

Comfortable sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods

Disqualifiers :

Short or inconsistent job history

Typical Day :

Review and classify data from a driver safety system (DSS)

Operate in a structured 12-hour shift from 7 AM – 7 PM on a rotating schedule

Independent-focused work with occasional team interaction in an office environment
