Estate Planning Attorney | Fort Myers, FL

A highly regarded boutique firm in Fort Myers is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to work with a respected, client-centered firm offering sophisticated matters, autonomy, and long-term partnership potential.

What They’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters
  • Strong drafting skills for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments
  • Experience counseling high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on estate and wealth preservation strategies
  • Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to manage matters independently with professionalism and precision
  • Florida Bar admission in good standing (LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus)

What You’ll Do

  • Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies
  • Draft comprehensive estate plans tailored to client goals and family dynamics
  • Handle probate and trust administration, asset transfers, and fiduciary matters
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to provide holistic client solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with the firm’s established client base while developing your own
