Position Overview

LifeStraw is seeking a hands-on, high-performing SeniorNationalAccountManager,Amazon

to own and operate our most critical sales channel. Amazon is an important portion of our business, and this role is directly accountable for its daily execution and long-term growth.

You will manage the full 1P Amazon business across the U.S. and Canada, with support from our agency partner and with a future eye toward international expansion. This role blends commercial strategy with executional rigorresponsible for forecasting, sell-in, sell-through, promotional planning, advertising spend, and product mix optimization. You'll lead cross-functional coordination and directly influence operations, marketing, creative, and supply chain performance.

This is a high-impact role that reports to the VP of Global Sales and offers executive visibility and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Ownership & Growth

  • Own the full Amazon 1P P&L, including revenue targets, margin performance, and promotional investment.
  • Lead business planning across assortment, product mix, pricing, and bundling strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize sell-in, sell-through, inventory flow, and profit drivers.
  • Develop quarterly and annual forecasts that tie together sales plans, product launches, advertising, and promo spend.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on data, customer behavior, and platform changes.

Tactical Execution & Optimization

  • Oversee item setup, catalog maintenance, listing optimization, and ongoing compliance with Amazon content standards.
  • Partner with the eCommerce manager to ensure execution of updates across product titles, bullets, content, images, and Brand Store.
  • Manage weekly demand and PO tracking with Supply Chain and Sales Ops.
  • Resolve chargebacks, shortages, and operational issues in partnership with internal teams.
  • Advertising & Promotional Strategy

  • Direct the Amazon Advertising strategy in collaboration with Power Digital.
  • Monitor Sponsored Ads and DSP performance; align spend with sales and efficiency targets (ROAS, NTB, TACOS).
  • Plan and manage promotional calendars for seasonal events (Prime Day, BFCM, category-wide pushes).
  • Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative on content execution and brand consistency.
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance to align channel priorities with trade plans and retailer strategies.
  • Serve as the internal Amazon expert, representing the channel in planning and forecasting conversations.
  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Deliver clear and timely reports, forecasts, and performance analysis on both consistent and ad hoc schedules.
  • Maintain dashboards and KPIs related to revenue, ad efficiency, profitability, and inventory health.
  • Monitor competitive trends, category dynamics, and algorithm changes to inform decisions.
  • What You Bring

  • 46 years managing a high-volume Amazon 1P business with full P&L ownership.
  • Strong experience analyzing sales trends, promotional lift, advertising efficiency, and product performance.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Vendor Central, Amazon Retail Analytics, and retail forecasting processes.
  • Experience directing agency partners for advertising and / or content execution.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable interpreting large datasets to make commercial decisions.
  • Deep attention to detail and organizational excellence.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and comfortable with partial support.
  • Familiarity with Canadian and / or international Amazon marketplaces is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree required.
