Creative Traffic and Program management
Overview :
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic Creative Traffic & Program Manager to manage workflow across our creative team while also driving broader program management initiatives. This role serves as the operational backbone for creative execution-balancing day-to-day traffic management with oversight of larger cross-functional programs that align with business goals. You will partner with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure projects and programs are delivered on time, on brand, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
Traffic & Project Management
Manage the intake, assignment, and tracking of all creative requests across teams and stakeholders.
Build and maintain project schedules, ensuring key deliverables and deadlines are met.
Allocate creative resources effectively, balancing workload across design, copy, video, and production teams.
Facilitate daily / weekly status meetings to align on priorities and identify risks or blockers.
Serve as the central point of contact for project status, updates, and communications.
Program Management
Lead day to day on program management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Support program roadmaps, success metrics, and communication plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.) to ensure program milestones are met.
Monitor progress of multiple projects within a program, ensuring interdependencies are tracked and managed.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across programs and workflows.
Forecast and manage resources to support program execution and scalability.
3 years of experience (open 4 or more as long as they fit the bill rate) in traffic management, project management, or program management, ideally within an agency or in-house creative / marketing environment.
Agency experience
Experience in B2B or Tech Industry (preferred)
Strong understanding of creative workflows (design, copy, video, digital production).
Proven success in managing both tactical creative projects and strategic cross-functional programs.
Proficiency in project / program management tools - primarily Jira (preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to influence and foster collaboration across teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in reporting program outcomes.
