Summary : This position leads design projects from concept to delivery for an American tech real-estate marketplace company, collaborating with a cross-functional team. The role involves interacting with internal stakeholders on the development of marketing programs and overarching brand projects. The ideal candidate will help define the future visual identity for the company's mission.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and craft beautiful brand and campaign experiences that push the company into the future
• In collaboration with team members and partners, lead the thinking and creation of exciting new design ideas that communicate initial concepts and follow through to delivering flawless executions
• Lead projects with more junior designers, as well as partner with illustrators, motion designers, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver on briefs
• Take complex concepts and large amounts of data and bring them to life simply and beautifully
