Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily routes with technicians, consumers, and service managers to ensure efficient scheduling

Optimize technician routes and manage schedules based on geography and availability of parts

Provide professional customer service via phone and email, ensuring timely support for internal teams and customers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home workspace

Flexibility to work varying shifts within standard business hours across U.S. time zones

Initial training conducted remotely during standard business hours

Ability to work occasional Saturday shifts based on business needs

Experience in dispatch or scheduling roles is preferred
