Project Manager

Commercial General Contractor

Dallas, TX

Our client delivers high-quality ground-up commercial projects across K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Religious, and Municipal sectors, with project values typically ranging from $5M$50M.

They take pride in building meaningful community projects and fostering long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate closely with field teams to maintain project quality and productivity.
  • Manage cost control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
  • Proven track record managing ground-up commercial projects in sectors such as K-12, Healthcare, Religious, or Municipal.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (or similar software).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
