What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly and our quality top-notch. Your day-to-day might include :

• Setting up CNC mills, Swiss lathes, or other machines based on blueprint specs
• Editing programs and troubleshooting when things don’t go quite right
• Using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, or profile projectors to ensure precision
• Adjusting machine settings to meet exact product requirements
