Document Imaging Associate

Imaging Specialist

Manage all imaging that reside within the Heartland Bank Imaging System working to maximize efficiencies and quality control procedures. What you will do :

• Provide exceptional support to our branch employees.
• Furnish detailed departmental procedures.
• Interact with staff regarding scanning concerns or questions.
• Daily imaging of barcoded documents.
• Quality control of daily processed files.
• Execute document recalls for audit purposes.
• Prepare required documents for audits.
• Clean and maintain scanning equipment, arranging service when needed.
• Other scanning projects as assigned.
