The Firm

The Firm – A Chicago-based private equity real estate investment firm with $2B million AUM is looking to bring on a VP of Asset Management to lead their housing community portfolio. They invest in niche real estate assets across a variety of asset classes in the United States.

Opportunity

Opportunity – Lead the Asset Management function for a growing portfolio of housing community assets. Mentoring and coaching several associates on the team.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of post-graduate professional experience within Real Estate asset management
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, real estate, or another quantitative field with a competitive GPA
  • Experience within Multi-Family, Senior Housing, Student Housing, Manufactured Housing, or Affordable Housing assets
