This Property Accountant will support properties with all general ledger accounting duties and accounting reporting.

Responsibilities :

Inputting and posting all property cash receipts

Preparing weekly cash reports

Preparing monthly tenant statements

Reconciling tenant ledgers

Preparing receipt charge batches for corporate entities and preparing intercompany billings

Reviewing payable batches ensuring property G / L coding, description, and supporting documentation

Preparing month end accruals

Posting rent and CAM charges

Handling late fees and bill backs

Monthly and quarterly AR review

CAM reconciliations

Requirements :

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years real estate accounting experience

Experience with Excel a must, Yardi experience preferred
