• 5+ years of experience in performance media
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong understanding of how search behaviors can influence media experience plans.
• Familiarity with emerging
• generative AI platforms
• (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and how they influence consumer discovery and search behavior.
• Passion for
• emerging consumer behaviors
• and how they reshape the media landscape
• Experience leading and managing agency teams.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience with SEO, eCommerce search, and retail media networks.

• Compensation and Benefits :
• The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $107,000-$153,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
