Purpose :

Help Desk Support : A typical day revolves around remote customer support on a variety of platforms and technologies.

Field Work (as needed) : Provides support and completes small engagements / small projects, both remotely and onsite , for Endsight's clients. Includes installing wired and wireless networking equipment, setting up workstations, installing and updating software, troubleshooting issues, and more.
