A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and administer impactful ILT and e-learning courses using adult learning methodology
Provide train-the-trainer support and partner with internal Subject Matter Experts to update training materials
Analyze, design, implement, and evaluate training programs and materials to meet company and customer objectives
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in a learning organization
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and eLearning tools
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Bachelor's degree preferred
