Job Description

Foreman perform tasks involving coordinating all construction duties, leading your team, monitoring safety regulations as well as successfully and safely completing your projects. Other duties as assigned. The Landfill Construction Foreman oversees workers, enforces safety, monitors progress, resolves issues, and maintains communication with the supervisor and project manager.

As a Landfill Foreman, you'll be instrumental in supporting the onsite supervisor by coordinating workers effectively, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, closely monitoring project progress, promptly resolving any issues that arise, maintaining seamless communication with the supervisor, enforcing project plans, fostering collaboration among coworkers, and meticulously documenting all essential aspects of landfill operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand landfill drawings
• Plan the project completion
• Coordinate personnel and delegates duties effectively
• Must have an in-depth knowledge of safety policies and procedures and ensures that they are followed
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used
• Continually update clients and project manager on progress
• Oversees and manages the training of recently hired laborers
• Know how to perform all task related to our work
• Mentor and develop team members
