Novalink is looking for great candidates to join our growing team as Internal Support Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following job duties :

• Manage Internal Support Team including HR, Finance
• Responsible for weekly / monthly department report
• Ensure companys compliance with all regulatory and legal rules
• Ensure onboarding, offboarding process run smoothly and in timely manner
• Serve as first escalation contact for any HR / Finance related matters
• Review biweekly and monthly payroll and give 1st approval prior to processing them
• Review and approve AP related items
• Regularly review and escalate overdue AR with clients
• Review company's processes and workflows, make recommendation to improve the team's efficiency, recommend on trainings, benefits...to increase employees' retention
• Collaborate with other teams to grow clients, consultants through referrals, leads...
• Responsible for entire department's performance
• Responsible for other tasks assigned.
