What you'd do

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented IT Field Technician to join our Stabilization Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, conducting physical inspections of network infrastructure, and working directly with end users to improve and stabilize IT environments. You'll serve as the "boots on the ground" support for our remote engineers, performing on-site diagnostics, cleanups, and hardware configurations to help bring customer environments up to our company's standards.

What else you'll need :

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT field support, helpdesk, or technical services.
  • CompTIA A+ , Network +, or equivalent certifications
  • Self-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Autotask or similar ticketing systems a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work safely, independently, quickly, and efficiently while following instructions
  • Team worker willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50- 100 lbs.
  • Ability to show up on time looking professional
  • Valid driver's license & Clean driving record
  • Willing and able to take & pass drug test
  • 18+ years of age
