Job Description

Oversee and manage all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet established goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any concerns proactively. Maintain detailed documentation and reports related to project activities. Foster a collaborative and productive working environment for all team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Large Scale Commercial should have :

• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
• Ability to interpret and implement construction plans and specifications accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Experience with project management tools and software is an advantage.
