We're looking for a Director of Manufacturing Operations to oversee and elevate our aerospace and defense production efforts. This is a critical role where you'll drive operational excellence, lead high-performing teams, and deliver world-class products that support mission success.

What You'll Do

• Lead all manufacturing activities, ensuring products are built on schedule, to the highest quality standards, and within budget.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to shape both short- and long-term strategies that keep us competitive and profitable.
• Develop and maintain the master manufacturing schedule, setting high standards for productivity, safety, and compliance.
• Build and mentor strong teams - hiring, training, and empowering staff to reach peak performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize scrap.
• Oversee major projects including capital improvements, plant layout optimization, and equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards while embedding a culture of quality, safety, and mission assurance.

Responsible for warehouse operations to include order picking, inventory management, shipping / receiving, and customer property control.
