Quality Assurance Engineer

Overview

Kforce Technology Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in footwear and / or apparel to join our client in Beaverton, Oregon. The position is in Beaverton, OR with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough analysis of current capabilities across apparel and footwear, including materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control measures.
• Identify gaps and areas for optimization in current processes and tools.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve color and material quality, reduce defects, and enhance overall product integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers who manage suppliers and factories to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and present reports and recommendations to senior leadership on product integrity initiatives and progress.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range reflects the compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. Final pay may be higher or lower based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, location, performance, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
