$90,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Modeling and Simulation Engineer to work fully on-site in support of one of our large federal clients on a growing DoD contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing asset / entity models using simulation programs such as ODESSA, AFSIM, ITASE, NGTS, OneSAF, or other DoD / IC simulation tools. This role involves collaborating directly with customers to design, develop, and validate simulation models to support a variety of defense and intelligence operations.

RESPONIBILITIES

• Serve as onsite technical customer liaison, coordinating efforts across the govt and partner teams
• Provide daily modeling and simulation, and RF expertise to customer teams
• Develop and implement asset / entity models using ODESSA, AFSIM, ITASE, NGTS, OneSAF, or other DoD / IC simulation programs.
• Digital signal processing, dynamic filtering, and cognitive spectral sensing
• RF front end analysis and developing internal receiver architectures
• Modeling and simulating antennas to ensure optimal design / performance.
• Analyzing link equations to evaluate / enhance RF system performance.
• Developing and testing RF circuits and components, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Conduct gain / loss analysis for RF systems and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define simulation requirements and objectives.
• Perform validation and verification of simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze simulation results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Support the integration of simulation models into larger system architectures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to simulation models and software.
• Help customers stay current with the latest advancements in modeling and simulation technologies and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

COMPENSATION

Compensation : $90k - $150k

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
