Commercial Tire and Lube Technician :

• $17.50-$19.50 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Paid Benefits) Location : 1219 W Ferguson Rd, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455 What is the job?
• Work as a team to perform basic preventive maintenance Repair tires, perform tire rotations Mount, dismount, and balance tires Perform oil changes and install filters What will make you a great fit for our team?
• Required knowledge of OTR and commercial tires  Willingness to learn the basics of preventive maintenance Being a motivated and eager individual that is looking for an opportunity in an essential industry.
• Having transferable skills or relative experience, such as food industry experience, manufacturing or production.  Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform services in a timely and efficient manner Demonstrate confidence in ability to communicate with other team members to complete tasks at hand.
• Being detail oriented and demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.  Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
