Vice President - PS&E (Houston)

Job Description

Overview : This position is responsible for leading teams of engineers and technical professionals in schematic design and PS&E for highway projects for the Transportation division.

Responsibilities :

• Provides guidance and direction to project design teams by managing workload, scheduling, project timeline, QA / QC, and other tasks as needed within the scope of a project.
• Leads multi-discipline support consultant teams in project development and design.
• Pursues and wins contracts within the State and various municipalities.
• Presents new ideas and techniques to clients and stakeholders.
• Supports efforts in proposal development, project scoping, and developing client relationships.
• Attends design review meetings and interact with clients with support staff.
• Tracks budgets using financial metrics.
• Participates in professional associations and attends industry networking events.
