A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator (Wholesale).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review loan and legal documents for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate communication among clients, brokers, lenders, and attorneys throughout the closing process
Manage closing schedules and address any issues that arise during closings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 2+ years of mortgage loan closing experience
Knowledge of various mortgage loan types, including FHA and VA
Recent experience with Debt Service Coverage Ratios (DSCR)
Ability to work productively from home in a fast-paced environment
