As a Solutions Consultant and member of our Service Delivery team, you will help our clients better understand their customer and employee experiences to make data-informed business decisions. You will design, build, and deploy technology solutions for some of the world's largest companies, using innovative and advanced tools. Your contributions will be instrumental in evolving companies' experience management (XM) platforms and programs, and you will develop long-term relationships with clients in the process. In your role, you will exercise analytical skills, problem-solving, creativity, and customer-service excellence to contribute to and deliver exceptional service to clients. You will assume a high level of responsibility both for your individual contributions and for those of the overall team. You'll flourish in helping to create a fun, rewarding culture that encourages us all to learn, improve, and excel.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver exceptional technical solutions for clients. Architect, implement, and optimize system configurations that are robust, scalable, high quality, and reflective of best practices.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, and tailor solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward solutions that help them achieve their business goals. Use your expertise and influence to confidently explain different approaches, weigh their implications, and provide clear recommendations.
- Continuously work to advance your knowledge and skills, and support teammates to do the same through knowledge sharing, peer review, and feedback. Become an expert in customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) program design and configuration.
- Be an enthusiastic contributor within the Service Delivery group, expanding your capabilities to learn and take on more as part of a high-performing team.

Qualifications
