Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Housing Facility

Location : Mid City, Los Angeles 90016

Job Type : Full-time (M-F; 7am-3 : 30pm)

Salary : $35.00

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team and help make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Position Overview :

As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in our housing program. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure each resident's health and well-being, providing essential medical care and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health status, documenting observations and interventions.
• Collaborate with ICMS and Care Team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate residents about health management, medication usage, and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation using Internal and External Databases
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and care quality.

Qualifications :

Current LVN license in CA.

Proven experience in nursing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Updating Internal and External Database

Must be willing to work in two separate facilities :

Working for One Company with two facilities within a mile from each other
