Instrumentation & Controls Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) to lead and manage complex automation and SCADA projects across industrial and municipal sectors. The ideal candidate will have a background in process automation, controls engineering, and project lifecycle management, and will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage I&C and SCADA projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, programmers, electricians, and field technicians.
• Oversee the design, integration, programming, testing, and commissioning of control systems (PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and control system documentation.
• Prepare project documentation including schedules, status reports, change orders, and cost estimates.
• Enforce company standards and contribute to the development of PLC / DCS control standards.
• Support procurement of instrumentation and control equipment and manage vendor relationships.
• Participate in field activities including system testing, startup, troubleshooting, and training.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and technicians.
