Pay Rate Range : $36-44 / hr

Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. This role assists in creating and distributing content, coordinating communications projects and campaigns, and providing day-to-day support to the communications team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and motivated to grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing and implementing communication plans, key messages, and campaigns aligned with organizational objectives.
• Draft, edit, and format content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, presentations, internal communications, and event materials.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, meetings, and communications initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage and stakeholder feedback and assist in preparing reports to evaluate communications effectiveness.
• Provide administrative and project support to senior communications staff.
• Conduct research and gather information to inform messaging and campaign strategies.
