Geospatial Support Specialist – LP360 Software
We're seeking a Geospatial Support Specialist to join our LP360 Customer Success team. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in GIS, LiDAR, or GNSS who enjoy solving technical problems and assisting customers with complex mapping workflows.
The support specialist will be the primary contact for LP360 software users—responding to support tickets, diagnosing issues with LiDAR and imagery processing, and guiding customers on best practices in geospatial data management.
Location : Huntsville, AL (On-site)
Department : Customer Success
Responsibilities :
- Respond to and resolve support tickets related to LP360 software and geospatial workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues involving LiDAR classification, GNSS trajectory alignment, point cloud visualization, and orthophoto generation.
- Assist customers with data import / export, coordinate system setup, and workflow optimization.
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base and training materials.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs or feature requests.
- Provide remote or on-site training for customers as needed.
