Key Responsibilities
Support real estate transactions by assisting customers with inquiries and providing high-level service
Manage employees engaged in client management and implement strategies to build client relationships
Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems while recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
Knowledge of USPAP guidelines and federal / state appraisal laws
Experience in developing departmental policies and procedures
Ability to evaluate and communicate complex information effectively
